How a KasihTap Visit Works
Every service call starts with a brief description of the problem — given by phone or WhatsApp at the time of booking. That description tells us which parts to bring. On arrival, the work area is assessed, the scope is confirmed with the homeowner, and the job begins.
When complete, water is restored and joints are tested under pressure. The area is tidied, old parts removed, and an invoice for the agreed amount is issued. No extras appear without prior discussion.
Book & Describe
Call or WhatsApp with the issue. We confirm a time slot and load the right parts for your job type.
Arrive & Assess
Scope is confirmed with the homeowner before work starts. Any adjustment to the agreed price is discussed first.
Complete & Test
Job completed, water restored, and joints checked under pressure. Area tidied, old parts removed.
Invoice & Sign-Off
Invoice issued for the agreed amount after the job passes the on-site check.
Solution 01
Mixer Tap Servicing
A focused visit for kitchen and bathroom mixer taps that are stiff to operate, dripping, or drifting in temperature balance. The service includes cartridge removal and replacement, base reseating, and cleaning of the spout and aerator. Customers may book one or two mixer taps in the same appointment slot.

Solution 02
Bidet Hose & Toilet Tank Repair
Replacement of leaking bidet sprayers, T-valves, and connector hoses, plus repair of toilet tanks that overfill, run constantly, or fail to refill cleanly. Suitable for households with one or several toilet units — multi-unit rates available on request.

Solution 03
Renovation-Phase Plumbing Setup
Plumbing rough-in for a renovated bathroom or kitchen — water line routing, drain alignment, and fixture mounting points. We coordinate directly with the client's tile and finishing contractor to ensure the plumbing scope is completed at the right stage of the renovation, before surfaces are closed.

Technical Protocols Across All Services
Pressure Testing
Water supply restored and joints observed under live pressure before sign-off. Slow seeps are identified and addressed before they become cabinet damage.
Correct Part Selection
Cartridges, hose sets, and fittings selected based on brand and thread standard — not universal adapters. Correct fitment reduces future wear and seepage.
Homeowner Confirmation
Any change to the agreed scope is discussed with the homeowner before proceeding — not explained on the invoice after the fact.
CIDB-Registered Work
Services carried out by a CIDB-registered contractor. Renovation plumbing scope referenced against SPAN installation guidelines for residential properties.
Post-Job Cleanup
Work area returned to its original condition after every job. Drop cloths used throughout, debris and old parts removed in sealed bags.
Contractor Coordination
For renovation jobs, we communicate scope and timing directly with the finishing contractor so the plumbing stage does not delay tiling or other follow-on work.
